time&money...yu picked cheese specialist "l'art du fromage" in
chelsea! yu hadn't been there for a while but manager remembered yu
even name!! good memory! actually yu was mad about this place last
year...anyway, cheesy time has come back!!! slight change of
menu...yu's loving foir gras pizza's gone but starter's foir gras is
"trio" of terrine and sauteed now! beautiful!! then followed by
amazing cheese board. for main they selected cheese fondue and
raclette. so nice...so wintery but made body really warm. yu had eat
far too much cheese last night...but already missing it!!!!!
本日は暇で小金のある中妻たちとクリスマスディナー。レストランはマ
スイユウの大好きなチェルシーにあるチーズ専門店『ラート・ドゥ・フ
ロマージュ』だ。予約ので名前告げるとマネジャーはしっかりマスイを
認識、昨冬は狂った様に行っていたけど最近はかなりご無沙汰。なかな
かの記憶力！とにかく『チーズィータイム』が帰って参りました。で
も、ちょっとメニューが変わった様子。大好きだったフォアグラピザが
無くなってしまいました。。。その代わりにスターターのフォアグラは
テリーヌとソテーの『トリオ』！美味美味!!そして続いたのが
チーズボード。あまりおいしさに言うことナッシング！メインはフォン
デュとラクレットに決定。うまッ！ホントに冬っぽくて体の芯からあっ
ためてくれました。でも、チーズ喰い過ぎ。。。ちょっと気分悪くなり
ながらも（もちろん暴食で）、もう既に体はチーズを欲しております。
次の予約はいつ取ろうかしら？
