this was the steak yu ate last night! after yu ate at 2 top marked london argentinean, yu prefer "buen ayre"...except super rude service from very aggressive waitress...cos of we were waiting one person, we started eating late...they have noticed us we had to return table in 2 hours...yu even didn't have time to chew as this waitress keep coming up and telling us we needed to eat really quick...had to swallow all chunky pieces of meat...meat was beautiful...and yu'd loves to go back again...if she isn't there...in that case, "garufa" which yu had dinner last night is more relaxing...but thinner steaks were overly cooked...they were eatable cos meat was good.
コレが昨日のステーキ!!ロンドンの２トップアルゼンチン料理店を網羅し、至った結論は『ブエネイアー』の勝ち。お肉のボリューム感だけでなく、焼き加減もパーフェクトだった。。。しかし、１つ問題が。。。最悪のウェートレスにサーブされた事だ。。。１人遅れてきた事と２時間と言う時間指定が合まり、ウェートレスが急かす事急かす事。。。巨大な肉の固まりを飲むハメに。。。あまりのアグレッシブさとルードさにビックリ。。。でもお肉はおいしかった。あのウェートレスがいないなら是非また行きたい。そう考えると『ガルファ』の方がリラックスして食べる事が出来る。薄いステーキに火が入りすぎていたが肉がおいしかったのでセーフ。
