after lunch, party moved to station building for tea. then they had regional sweets of "yaki-mochi" freshly prepared thin rice cake with red bean in the middle, grilled and lightly pressed after order! so light and dangerous...
ランチを楽しんだ一行は駅ビルでお茶をする事に。そこには名物『焼きもち』屋があった。焼きもちは一つ一つ注文を受けてから、調理を始める。片手で丸められた薄い餅であんこを包み、鉄板の上に置く。軽く菊模様の方でプレスすれば出来上がり！マジで美味い。。。そしてあまりの軽さに止まらない。。。
