yu ♥ net refugee...



☆マスイユウのお気に入りのウィークエンドシティ『ダブリン』の地を久々に踏みしめた。１日ゆっくり過ごせるかと思いきや。。。仕事に終われさらにホテルのネットがダウンし『ネット難民』に。。。結局はホテルで寝て近くにあったカフェで作業を行って終了。。。
☆yu was in his favourite weekend city of dublin! yu supposed to have one day off but yu had to work on his articles...even worse, internet at hotel had been down so yu became "net refugee" and ending up local cafe...all yu did was sleep and work...

yu wanted to eat nice burger and searched on google. jo burger seemed good one. it was nice, liked their original spiced sauce!
急にバーガーが食べたくなったマスイはグーグルさんでサーチ。ジョーバーガーが良さげ。悪くはなかった。オリジナルのスパイスの利いたソースが美味しかった。

yu ♥ chapter one!!!















yu needed treatment...yu decided to have lunch at michelin 1 star restaurant "chapter one" near hotel! yu had 3 course lunch menu of ¢38. started with black pudding&poached egg, followed pheasant wrapped in pancetta and their speciality warm chocolate mousse. very delicate and beautiful combination of flavours thru the course. they offer 4 choices for each course and it's pretty good for lunch course!
マスイユウはご褒美が必要だった。。。と言うことで、ホテルの近くのミシュラン１つ星レストラン『チャプターワン』でランチをする事に！３コースランチ（38ユーロ）をオーダー。ブラックプディングのポーチドエッグ添えから始まり、キジのパンチェッタ包みそしてデザートはおすすめの温かいチョコレートムース。口の中にはデリケートな味のハーモニーが広がる。コースごとに４つのチョイスがあるのも嬉しい。

締め切りまみれで外出できそうもございません。。。結局１日目はホテルで書き物。。。

ダン・レアリーへの小旅行も楽しみ、ロンドンに戻る時間が迫った。さよなら、ダブリン！

yu just loves cavistons! he is not fish person but he enjoyed all dishes. "hake with vanilla&orange sauce" was brilliant! you need reservation to eat there unless you are lucky. and not only restaurant but foodhall next door is also popular among food conscious crowds. their foods are so fresh and look amazing!!
マスイは『カヴィストンズ』の虜！もともと『肉好き』のマスイも全てのディッシュを堪能。『メルルーサのヴァニラ＆オレンジソース』は美味。でも、要予約の名店。レストランだけでなく、隣りのフードホールもフードコンシャスな人々に大人気！食材はどれもフレッシュだし本当にすばらしく見える！！

yu ♥ dun laoghaire!


































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































before leaving to london, yu travel to seaside town of "dun laoghaire" which was only 20 mins from dublin by train. he had mission to go to the best local seafood restaurant!! before getting on train, yu popped in farmers' market in dublin.
原稿も終わり最終日はちょっくら海辺の街『ダン・レアリー』に行くことに。ダブリンからは電車でたったの20分。そして目的はベストローカルシーフードレストラン！！とりあえずダブリンのファーマーズマーケットを出発前にちら見。
