yu needed to get out of hotel!! yu decided to go to lunch and have a bit of treatment! first choice was 1 michelin star restaurant "chapter one" very close to hotel but fully booked...the yu tried 2 michelin star restaurant "patrick guilbaud" but also fully booked...so yu went to his favourite "fallon&byrne". as he wanted to have something non-fancy...or non-francy...dish. yu ordered "creamed celeriac soup with truffle salsa" and "burger with blue cheese". they tasted as good as usual!
ホテルから出たい！ということで、ちょっとコ洒落たランチに出かけることに。１つ目の候補はミシュラン１つ星でホテルの近くにある『チャプター・ワン』。残念ながらフルブック。。。次なる候補は２つ星の『パトリック・ギルボード』。。。こちらも無念。。。なので、いつもの『ファロン＆バイアン』に行くことに。ファンシーな料理。。。というかフランスっぽい物が食べたくなかったので『セラリアックのクリームスープ、トリュフサルサ添え』と『ブルーチーズバーガー』を注文。いつも通り美味しい！
